In permitting man, Nature has committed much more than a mistake in her calculations: a crime against herself.

Emil Cioran, The Trouble with Being Born, 1973

Wildness is an exploration of the relationship that has always connected us to nature. Throughout history, human beings have tried to contemplate or dominate, to understand or exploit it. Magic, religion, science are only attempts to understand the inconceivable, to survive in this world and within ourselves. Nature is a wounded but always present mother, who continues to assist us, although now exhausted by our resistances.

In the next Yogurt flavour, we want to create a visual compendium that will stage this complex relationship. We, therefore, invite the artists to deepen the theme both from a historical and a contemporary point of view. The call is open to all kinds of interpretations, iconographic investigations, and manipulations of the photographic medium or of already existing archives. Visual metaphors, nuances, documentary, or descriptive photographs. Everything can contribute to the construction of this collective reflection.
